A versatile Japanese-made hook designed for multiple species from seabass (seigo) to grunt, horse mackerel, rockfish, greenling, flounder, and small pelagic fish.

The long shank makes bait easy to attach. The slightly narrow gape is easy for fish to take in and resists bending, while the twisted design and straight point improve hooking performance.
